Choosing a Cell-Phone Plan: More Complicated Than Ever

There are something like 10 million (yes, 10,000,000) possible calling plan rate combinations possible from the major wireless providers.

If you are having problems with your carrier because of overage issues or a contract, you might think about switching to a prepaid company. I just switched to Straight Talk (Walmart’s new and inexpensive cell phone line) and I couldn’t be happier. Straight Talk uses the Verizon network so my coverage is wonderful and I now pay $45 a month for totally unlimited calls, texts, and surfing. Their selection of phones is great and paying for what I use and not worrying about overage fees made Straight Talk a great choice for me.
