How to Let Your Lawn Go to Hell and Feel Good About It

Weeds have just as much right to be in your yard as grass. So why are you putting all sorts of time, money, and chemicals into your front lawn?

Robert Wright, in the NY Times’ Opinionator blog says that for the sake of eco-friendliness and letting nature be natural—and also, pure laziness (an underrated virtue, if ever there was one)—he sits back and allows his lawn to be overrun by dandelions, which you have to admit are just as pretty as lots of flowers people carefully and conscientiously plant in their yards.
